Choose the plan for your event

Choose Free, Celebration, Professional or Customize. Every PalStory event has its own plan, limits and features.

Sign in and create your PalStory

Sign in or create your organizer account, add your event details and personalize the experience using the Design Studio features available with your selected plan.

Complete your event design

Personalize your PalStory before activation. Depending on your plan, you can customize your message, cover, theme, QR display, design materials and Professional branding.

Complete payment and activate your event

Free is available once per account. For Celebration, Professional and Customize, complete payment after finishing your event design. A successful payment activates the paid event and makes its QR and guest experience ready to use.

Share and display your QR

Share your unique event QR or guest link. Celebration, Professional and Customize also include designed QR materials and display options for your event.

Guests record from their phone

Guests scan the QR, allow camera access, pass the face-presence check, record their video, stop whenever they are ready, preview it, provide consent and submit.

Review every submission

Videos arrive privately in the organizer dashboard as Pending. Approve or reject every submission before anything enters the final collection.

Create the final memory

Approved videos remain available individually on all plans and can be combined into one MP4 memory film that downloads directly to the organizer's device.

PalStory is designed around personal video messages rather than anonymous audio-only recordings. A visible face is required as part of the recording experience.

Recording time

A maximum, never a minimum.

Guests do not need to fill the entire recording window. Someone with a ten-second birthday wish can stop after ten seconds, while another guest can use more of the available plan time.

Collection window

Keep the invitation open for the right amount of time.

Free events collect for 24 hours, Celebration for 72 hours, Professional for 7 days and Customize for 7 days. Your dashboard will show whether the QR is active and how much collection time remains.
