Stories we want to hear

Stories from people using PalStory for weddings, anniversaries and family celebrations.

Experiences from birthdays, graduations, milestones and the moments that bring people together.

Feedback from planners, venues and professionals using PalStory in client and professional events.
What PalStory should feel like
These are the standards we're building PalStory around. Customer feedback will show us where we succeeded and where we need to improve.

Guests should be able to scan, record, preview, consent and submit without an app or guest account.
The technology should stay quiet so the guest can focus on the person and the message.
Submitted videos should stay inside the event collection for organizer review rather than appearing publicly.
Every submission can be approved or rejected before it becomes part of the final collection or memory film.
The goal is not simply to collect files. It is to keep voices, expressions and moments worth hearing again.
The QR, recording and submission experience should feel natural even for guests using PalStory for the first time.
As PalStory grows
Testimonials will be published only from people who genuinely experienced PalStory.
The first verified customer story will appear here.
No fabricated reviews
Authentic from the beginning.
Verified experiences
Real users. Real events.
Honest feedback
What worked and what we can improve.
