Free includes one Free event per account. Each Celebration, Professional or Customize payment activates one event. Professional includes all applicable Celebration features, while Customize keeps Professional-level features and starts at 301 videos with no upper limit.

Can I start PalStory for free?+
Yes. Each PalStory account includes one Free event. The Free plan supports up to 10 guest videos, with each guest able to record for up to 30 seconds.
How many free events can I create?+
Each PalStory account includes one Free event in total. Once the Free event has been used, additional PalStories require Celebration, Professional or Customize.
Are Celebration, Professional and Customize subscriptions?+
No. Celebration, Professional and Customize are purchased per event. Celebration is ₹1,999 per event, Professional is ₹3,999 per event, and Customize is priced at ₹13.33 per selected video per event starting at 301 videos. Each additional paid event requires a new payment.
Does Professional include Celebration features?+
Yes. Professional includes all applicable Celebration features, together with higher video limits, longer recording and collection windows, longer retention, custom branding, professional client tools and priority support.
What happens when I choose a plan?+
You will first be taken to the PalStory sign-up or sign-in page. After authentication, PalStory will continue with the plan you selected and guide you through creating your event.
Do guests need to pay or create an account?+
No. Guests do not need to pay, register or download an app. They simply scan the event QR code or open the event link, record their video, preview it, provide consent and submit.
Do guests have to record for the full time limit?+
No. The plan duration is only the maximum recording time. Guests can stop recording earlier whenever they are ready.
How long can guests record?+
Free allows recordings up to 30 seconds, Celebration up to 45 seconds, and Professional and Customize up to 60 seconds.
How many guest videos can each event collect?+
Free supports up to 10 guest videos, Celebration up to 150 and Professional up to 300 guest videos per event. Customize starts at 301 videos and has no upper video limit.
How long does the QR stay active?+
The Free collection window is 24 hours, Celebration is 72 hours, and Professional and Customize are 7 days. The organizer dashboard will show QR status and remaining collection time.
How long are videos retained?+
Free-plan videos are retained for 3 days, Celebration videos for 15 days, and Professional and Customize videos for 30 days, subject to the applicable PalStory retention terms.
Can I review videos before they appear in the final film?+
Yes. Every guest submission goes to the organizer for review. The organizer can approve or reject each video, and only approved videos are used in the final combined memory film.
Will PalStory help me display the QR at my event?+
Yes. Celebration, Professional and Customize include predefined QR poster and card designs together with guidance on how and where to display the QR so guests can easily notice and scan it.
What do I actually download for my event QR?+
Every event has its own working PalStory QR that the organizer can download separately and use wherever needed. Celebration, Professional and Customize also include finished Event Materials such as the Welcome Board, Print Poster, Table Card and Digital Card. Those finished materials use the event's real working QR together with the organizer's saved design, text and styling, so they are ready to print or share rather than being sample QR graphics.
Can I download my approved guest videos?+
Yes. Free, Celebration, Professional and Customize organizers can download approved guest videos individually. Approved videos can also be combined into one MP4 memory film and downloaded directly to your device.
Does PalStory create a combined memory film?+
Yes. Free, Celebration, Professional and Customize organizers can combine organizer-approved guest videos into one MP4 memory film and download it directly to their device. Pending and rejected videos are not included.
Can I cancel and request a refund?+
Yes. If you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and the event has not been materially used, you may qualify for a 90% refund. PalStory retains 10% as a cancellation and processing charge. Once guest submissions or meaningful event use has started, customer-requested cancellations are normally not refundable. Changing the event date or selecting the wrong plan does not by itself qualify for a refund where PalStory provides an event-management or plan-upgrade option. Confirmed duplicate payments and confirmed PalStory service failures may qualify for a 100% refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
